Puffed food machinery and equipment
The production process of expanded snack lines mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw material processing: Mix the selected raw materials with water and then perform starch gelatinization treatment
2. Processing: The starch gelatinized material is processed through steaming or a steam explosion machine to form a crispy substance suitable for entering the puffing furnace
3. Expansion: The processed raw materials are placed into an expansion furnace and subjected to high temperature and high pressure, causing them to expand instantly and form expanded food products
4. Drying: The expanded food is sent into the drying room to remove excess moisture, ensuring it achieves a certain shelf life
5. Packaging: The dried puffed food is packaged to form the final edible product
