The process flow of puffing puff production equipment mainly includes raw material processing, puffing molding, seasoning processing, etc. The specific process is as follows:
material processing
After the raw materials are mixed by the powder mixer, they are transported from the feeding machine to the puffing machine. The raw materials usually include Rice noodles, corn flour, flour and other cereal flour containing starch, and the starch content directly affects the expansion effect.
Expanded molding
Use a twin-screw extruder to extrude and expand the raw materials, gelatinize the starch and form a network structure through high temperature and high pressure, and then suddenly reduce the pressure to flash the water. The product instantly expands and solidifies into shape. This process requires temperature control (120-200 ℃) and pressure control (3-8MPa).
Core injection and cutting
The puffed hollow tubular material is injected with fillings such as peanut butter and chocolate sauce by a core injection machine, and then adjusted in size (2-20 cm) by a shaping and cutting machine to form foam strips or foam ball shaped finished products.
Dry seasoning
The finished product is baked or dried in multiple layers of ovens, with adjustable temperature (0-200 ℃), and then sprayed with seasonings such as oil and frosting through a seasoning line.
This process requires ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene, avoiding cross contamination, and using food grade materials throughout the entire process to ensure safety.
