The production process of pet food includes multiple stages such as raw material preparation, mixing, transportation, puffing, drying, seasoning, cooling, screening, and packaging. These links are interconnected and together form a complete pet food production line.
1. Flour mixer: add water into various raw materials such as corn flour, Rice noodles, soybean flour, meat flour, cereal flour and additives in a certain proportion to fully and evenly mix.

2. Feeding machine: Through a motor-driven spiral conveying method, the mixed raw materials are efficiently transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and efficient feeding.

3. Twin screw puffing machine: Under high temperature and high pressure environment, different particle sizes and shapes of feed are produced through the extrusion effect of twin-screw. In this stage, different production needs can be met by replacing molds.

4. Conveyor: Transport the puffed feed into the oven to prepare for the next drying process.

5. Multi layer oven: usually uses electric heating method, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees. The interior of the oven adopts a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag design, aiming to reduce the moisture content of feed particles, improve the maturation rate, and extend the shelf life.

6. Seasoning line: Spraying oil, attractants and other seasonings through an oil sprayer, equipped with octagonal, cylindrical, lifting single drum and double drum seasoning lines, etc., configured according to actual production and product characteristics. This step aims to evenly spray the oil on the surface of the feed, while also spraying minced meat and spices to enhance the taste.

7. Cooling and transportation: Reduce the temperature of the feed after frying, promote the solidification of oil, and further reduce the particle temperature for subsequent packaging processes.

8. Vibration screen: It uses vibration to screen out excess external materials and particle debris, ensuring the quality of feed while also achieving the reuse of raw materials.
