The process flow of the breakfast cereal circle production line mainly includes the following steps:
Material input: Input raw materials into the feeding port
Mixing: Lift the material to the mixer through a vacuum feeding system for mixing
Puffing: After the mixing is completed, the material enters the twin-screw puffing machine for puffing treatment. The model and output of the puffing machine can be selected according to actual needs, usually ranging from 100kg/h to 500kg/h
Cutting: The puffed material is cut into circles or strips by a cutting machine
Drying: The cut product enters a fluidized bed dryer for pre drying of surface moisture, and then is sent to an oven for baking through a pneumatic conveying system
Baking: Baking is carried out in an oven, which is mostly an electric oven with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees
Spray seasoning: After baking is completed, the product enters the spray drying machine for spraying syrup and other seasonings and drying to a certain moisture level
Cooling: Finally, the product is cooled by a cooling machine to achieve the final product
The main equipment includes:
Powder mixer: used for mixing raw materials
Spiral feeding machine: using spiral stirring conveying to ensure secondary uniform mixing and convenient and fast feeding
Double screw puffing machine: for puffing treatment
Fan or elevator: conveying semi-finished products to the oven
Multi layer oven: used for baking, mostly electric oven, temperature adjustable
Vibration screen: Screen out unqualified products and crushed materials (optional)
Seasoning line: including octagonal drum, cylindrical drum, lifting single drum, double drum, etc., configured according to production volume and product properties
