The process flow of konjac rice production line mainly includes the following key steps:
Raw material processing: Firstly, konjac is screened and cleaned to remove impurities and unqualified parts, ensuring the purity and quality of the raw materials. Then perform drying treatment to reduce moisture content, extend shelf life, and facilitate subsequent processing
Crushing treatment: Grind the dried konjac to a certain fineness for subsequent processing
Mixing flour: mix the crushed konjac flour with Rice noodles or other raw materials, add proper amount of water, and fully mix well
Squeezing: The mixed raw materials are fed into an extruder, where they are matured under high pressure and extruded into rice grains. By adjusting the process and changing the mold, different shapes of rice grains can be produced
Vibration screening: The extruded particles may have a certain temperature and viscosity, and vibration screening can prevent the particles from sticking together, ensuring the uniformity and dispersion of the particles
Baking: Send the particles into a multi-layer oven for baking to further reduce moisture content and increase the shelf life of the product. The baking temperature and time can be adjusted through the control cabinet
Cooling and packaging: The baked particles are cooled to room temperature by a cooling conveyor to ensure packaging quality. Finally, strict quality inspection and packaging are carried out to ensure the hygiene and safety of the product
