The 3D frying and puffing food machinery equipment is made by mixing, extruding, shaping, frying, seasoning, and packaging raw materials such as flour and starch in one go, with simple operation and assembly line production. This device can produce a wide variety of products in terms of types, flavors, and shapes. The products produced are crispy and delicious, oily but not greasy, bright in color, fragrant, exquisite in appearance, nutritious, and suitable for market trends.
1、 Process flow:

Raw material mixing → extrusion puffing → shaping and cutting → deep frying → spray seasoning → cooling → packaging

2、 Equipment configuration:

Mixing machine → Spiral feeding machine → Double screw puffing machine → Shaping and cutting machine → Elevator → Deep fryer → Oil slinger → Drum seasoning line → Cooling machine → Packaging machine

1. Mixing machine: Select different models of mixing machines according to the production line output

2. Feeding machine: powered by an electric motor, it has achieved continuous spiral conveying, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.

3. Expander: different models of TSE expansion host are selected according to different production lines. The output can vary from 100kg/h to 600kg/h, and corn flour, Rice noodles, flour, cereal flour, etc. can be used as raw materials.

4. Fan Conveyor: Utilizing the wind power of the fan to transport semi-finished products to the oven, different fans are configured according to the different production lines of the products.

5. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is a double-layer stainless steel mesh belt with an S-shaped direction, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are three layer, five layer, and seven layer stainless steel ovens available;

6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal tube, cylindrical tube, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production volume and product properties. There are also oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.

7: Packaging machine: Different models of packaging machines are equipped according to the weight of different products and finished products.
