Maturation treatment: The conditioner increases the gelatinization degree of starch and the thermal denaturation of protein under the action of water and heat, thereby improving the digestion and utilization rate of pellet feed

Sterilization treatment: Through conditioning treatment, most pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella can be effectively killed, ensuring the hygiene level of feed

Improving water resistance: During the conditioning process, the viscous components in the material, gelatinized starch and denatured protein, can better bond the particles, making the pellet feed denser and less susceptible to moisture erosion

Types and working principles of conditioners
