The process flow of nutritious rice production equipment includes the following main steps:
Raw material preparation: first, mix Rice noodles, corn flour, tartary buckwheat, kudzu root, purple potato and other raw materials, and add trace elements and other additives as required
Mixing powder: Use a powder mixer to mix the raw materials with additives and add an appropriate amount of water to ensure even mixing
Conveyor: Use a feeder to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder
Squeezing and puffing: In an extruder, raw materials are extruded, matured, and puffed into granules under high temperature and pressure conditions. By adjusting the process and changing the mold, rice grains of different shapes and sizes can be produced
Vibration screening: The extruded particles are passed through a vibration screen to avoid particle adhesion
Drying: The particles are dried in a multi-layer oven with a temperature controlled between 0-200 degrees Celsius. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to remove moisture and increase shelf life
Cooling: The dried particles are cooled to room temperature by a cooling conveyor to ensure packaging quality
Packaging: After cooling, the particles are packaged for easy transportation and sales
Equipment configuration for nutritional rice production:
Powder mixer: used for mixing raw materials and additives.
Feeding machine: using a motor as the power source to screw and transport raw materials.
Squeezing machine: Squeezing rice grains under high pressure environment.
