Fish feed equipment mainly includes the following types:
Crusher: used to crush the raw materials for producing fish food.
Blender: Add a certain proportion of water and additives to the crushed fish food raw materials, and mix them evenly.
Feeding machine: Transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder.
Twin screw feed puffing machine: The mixed raw materials are extruded through a feed mold under high temperature and pressure environment and twin-screw extrusion, and adjusted into feed particles of the same size and length.
Conveyor: Transport the produced fish feed pellets to a multi-layer drying equipment.
Multi layer dryer: generally an oven, including electric oven, fuel oven, gas oven, and steam oven, used to dry feed pellets to a safe moisture content and increase shelf life.
Spray seasoning line: including oil and attractant spraying machines and seasoning cylinders, mainly spraying oil on the surface of feed and removing burrs and edges on the surface of fish feed particles, making the surface of feed particles smoother.
Cooling conveyor: reduces the surface temperature of dried feed particles, promotes oil solidification, and facilitates packaging.
Vibration screen: Screen out excess external materials and particle debris.
Packaging machine: Packaging and sealing the prepared fish food
