The production process of artificial rice mainly includes the following steps:
1、 Raw material preparation
Selection of raw materials: choose large Rice noodles, corn flour, miscellaneous grain flour (such as green beans, red beans, millet, etc.), and vegetable flour or vegetable juice as the main raw materials. These raw materials undergo pre-treatment steps such as screening, cleaning, peeling and navel removal (such as corn) to ensure their purity and quality.
Formula design: Design a reasonable raw material ratio based on product requirements and nutritional enhancement requirements. For example, trace elements such as carotenoids, B vitamins, lysine, calcium, selenium, etc. that the human body needs can be added to enhance the nutritional value of the product.
2、 Mix powder
Mix the prepared raw material powder evenly in a certain proportion and add a certain amount of water for stirring. The purpose of this step is to thoroughly mix the raw materials to form a uniform powder mixture, preparing for subsequent processing.
3、 Conveying

4、 Squeezing and puffing
After entering the twin-screw extruder, the powder mixture is extruded into the shape of rice particles under high pressure. During the extrusion process, the starch in the raw materials undergoes physical changes such as gelatinization and expansion under high temperature and pressure, forming products with the appearance and taste of rice grains. By adjusting process parameters and changing molds, rice grains of different shapes and sizes can be produced.
5、 Filter
The squeezed rice grains need to be screened through a vibrating screen to remove impurities and unqualified products. The screened rice grains are purer and more uniform, meeting the product standards.
6、 Dry
The screened rice grains are sent to a multi-layer mesh belt dryer or oven for drying treatment. By controlling the drying temperature and time, the moisture content in the rice grains can reach the required standard. Dried rice grains are more stable, easy to store and transport.
7、 Cooling
The dried rice grains are cooled by a cooling conveyor. The purpose of cooling is to lower the temperature of rice grains and prevent them from deteriorating or deforming due to high temperatures. Meanwhile, the cooled rice grains are looser, easier to package and transport.
8、 Packaging
Finally, package the cooled rice grains. Packaging materials should be selected from non-toxic, harmless, and environmentally friendly materials to ensure the safety and hygiene of the product. During the packaging process, attention should be paid to sealing and moisture resistance to extend the shelf life of the product.
