The production equipment process of bread crumbs mainly includes steps such as raw material mixing, extrusion puffing, cooling, cutting, crushing, screening, dust removal, and drying.
Raw material mixing: Firstly, pour flour, starch, monoglycerides, salt water and other materials into the powder mixer in proportion and mix evenly to ensure the uniform mixing of the raw materials.
Squeezing and puffing: The mixed material is uniformly and stably fed into the twin-screw barrel through the feeding mechanism, and is extruded from the matching mold through the forced conveying, squeezing, shearing, and kneading of the twin-screw shaft.
Cooling cutting: After the extruded material is cooled, the strip material is cut using a cutting machine to obtain a consistent length of initial material.
Crushing: The cut raw material is crushed by a bran crusher to form bread crumbs.
Screening: The crushed material is screened by a screening machine to remove particles that do not meet the requirements.
Dust removal: After screening, use a dust collector to remove dust and impurities from the material.
Drying: After that, the material is dried in multiple layers of ovens to reduce moisture content and meet the requirements of the finished product.
During the entire production process, the equipment configuration includes a powder mixer, a screw feeder, an expansion host, a cooling conveyor, a cutting machine, a hoist, a crusher, a dust collector, a screening machine, etc., to ensure that each step can be carried out stably
