The process flow of artificial konjac rice production equipment mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material processing: Firstly, konjac is screened, cleaned, and dried, and then processed to a certain fineness through a crushing system. The purpose of this step is to ensure the cleanliness and uniformity of the raw materials
Mixing flour: mix Rice noodles, konjak flour or other raw materials, add proper amount of water, and fully mix well. This step ensures the uniformity and consistency of the raw materials
Vacuum feeding: Using the vacuum principle to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient, fast, and pollution-free feeding
Extrusion molding: The material is matured under high pressure and rice particles are extruded through an extruder. By adjusting the process and changing the mold, different shapes of rice grains can be produced
Vibration screening: The extruded particles are passed through a vibration screen to spread out and avoid sticking together, ensuring the dispersion and uniformity of the particles
Drying treatment: Transfer the particles to a multi-layer oven for baking. The oven can be heated by electricity, fuel, gas, or steam, and the temperature is controlled between 0-200 degrees. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to remove excess moisture and increase shelf life
Cooling conveyor: The baked particles are cooled to room temperature by a cooling conveyor to ensure packaging quality
Packaging: Finally, the cooled particles are automatically packaged using packaging materials that meet food safety standards to ensure good product sealing and prevent external contamination
Throughout the entire production process, temperature, humidity, and time parameters are strictly controlled at every stage to ensure the quality and purity of the product. In addition, production equipment includes feeding systems, extrusion systems, rotary cutting systems, heating systems, transmission systems, and control systems to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production
