After extrusion and puffing, the product enters the drying stage. Drying equipment reduces the moisture content in products to a certain extent through hot air circulation and temperature control, in order to facilitate subsequent packaging and storage.
Finally, after cooling and packaging treatment, the tissue protein product can be sold at the factory. The cooling process can ensure that the product reaches a suitable temperature before packaging, avoiding the impact of high temperature on product quality. Packaging can protect products from external pollution and damage, extending their shelf life.
In short, the process flow of tissue protein equipment is a complex and delicate process, involving multiple links such as raw material preparation, crushing, extrusion puffing, drying, cooling, and packaging.
