1、 Raw material preparation
1. Yam procurement and acceptance: Fresh and pest free yam is selected as the raw material for warehouse acceptance to ensure that the quality of yam meets processing requirements.
2. Cleaning and screening: Thoroughly clean the yam to remove soil and impurities from the surface, and screen to remove the skin and roots from the yam surface while retaining the fleshy portion.
2、 Preliminary processing

4、 Puffing processing

Through the action of high temperature, high pressure and high shear force, the yam starch granules are expanded and essence is extracted. The starch molecular chain is opened, which increases the surface area of food granules and improves the digestibility. At the same time, this process also causes the protein peptide chain to break down into peptides and amino acids, greatly improving the protein absorption rate.
2. Expanded product transportation: The expanded yam particles are transported to the next step for processing through equipment such as air conveyors or elevators.
5、 Subsequent processing
1. Crushing: The puffed yam particles are sent into a grinder for grinding treatment, making them into delicate yam powder. According to market demand and different customer requirements, different levels of processing can be carried out.
2. Packaging: Packaging the processed yam powder, usually in the form of plastic bags or barrels, to facilitate product sales and preservation.
