Twin-screw teaching experiment extruder extruder extrusion technology as one of the modern food engineering high-tech, widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and teaching, covering grain food, snack food and feed, brewing, modified starch in the agricultural product processing industry and other processing fields.
The twin-screw extrusion test machine is mainly composed of a feeding system, a backlog system, a rotary cutting system, a heating system, a transmission system, a lubrication system, and a control system.
The extruder feeding system, drive system and rotary cutting system all adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, with strong power and stable operation.
Automatic lubrication and forced cooling ensure the safe operation of the extruder.
According to different raw materials, choose single or double screw feeding system, the feeding is uniform, stable and reliable.
The screw is processed by special technology, which is wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant, and has a long service life.
Equipment system composition:
(1) Power drive system: composed of main motor and distribution box;
(2) Extrusion system: composed of screw, barrel and connecting section;
(3) Heating system: It consists of a heating ring surrounding the barrel;
(4) Cooling system: composed of water jacket, water pump and cooling pipeline;
(5) Electrical control system: The motor speed is controlled by frequency conversion, the frequency converter is a Delta frequency converter, the temperature control is the control system, and the 10.5-inch true-color man-machine interface can be used to set and control the temperature and speed, and can display Die head pressure value;
(6) The shell of the machine is made of stainless steel.
Advantages of twin-screw testing machine: more intuitive parameter detection, more convenient operation, stronger and more professional functions, and more comprehensive process integrity. The machine is small in size, small in floor space, easy to transport, low in output, less material wasted during the experiment cycle, and low in power consumption. Disadvantages of the experimental twin-screw extruder: the output is low, and it cannot be produced in the same way as the production equipment. Due to the low energy consumption and insufficient extrusion force, the expansion degree will be lower than that of the conventional production equipment. The puffing effect and taste of the food particles that come out will be slightly lacking, which is normal.
